I got a new job.... at Starbucks! Seeing as I've wanted to work here for over a year, this is really exciting news! The only downside is that I'm still working at the snocone stand until we leave for New Mexico/California, so it has made for a really stressful week. Yesterday I had to work at Starbucks from 12 to 4, and then they scheduled me at the snocone stand. It was really frustrating because I've put on my availability that I can't work Weds. nights EVER. We go to Pampa to play and help with the youth, and I hate missing. I thought about not showing up for work, since I did say I can't work Wednesdays, but I didn't want to do that to Tiff, so I went in. Today I have all day off, so that's nice. I'm doing some planning for our trips and making sure our finances are in order. And updating my blog, obviously. :)
This is a wind chime that our friend Aaron's girlfriend made for a garden he's planting. I love it! I had to take some pictures, and this one was my favorite.
I'm going to take more pictures for the forest service next week in New Mexico, and then it's off to California! We fly out on August 7th. I can't wait!
